PC World Italia
PC World Italia is the Italian version of the American computer magazine PC World. It was released monthly between approximately February 1990 and May 2014 and initially dealt with IBM and compatible personal computers, then also with the Internet, mobile devices, digital audio/video and information technology in general. The first publisher was IDG Communications Italia, counterpart of the US publisher, then from May 2006 it moved to Nuova Periodici and from November 2010 to Just Be, until its first closure which occurred suddenly after issue 238 in September 2011. In March 2012 the magazine it was rebooted by the Play Media Company (later Play Lifestyle Media), with the title reduced to "PCWorld", until it closed again in 2014, probably with issue #22 of April/May. The cover numbering was initially on an annual basis, but from October 2000 it became absolute; with the reopening of 2012 he started again from scratch. In all there are at least 260 issues, plus various specials including the series "The great guides of PC World". As of January 2001, the reported monthly circulation was over 100,000 copies.
