The good folks of FujiNet, the multi-peripheral emulator and WiFi network device for your retro computer have released a new Firmware, version 1.3. If you haven't heard of FujiNet before, you should definitely get one if it is available for your vintage computer. It provides WiFi connectivity for your Atari and Commodore computers, allowing you to download games and other software that is then loaded as if it were a tape or a disk in your old machine. For a lot of computers it is a new lease on life as diskdrives and tape recorders are breaking, and the disks and tapes themselves do not always work anymore due to their age. FujiNet is now five years old and has made a significant mark on the Atari scene. Slowly devices are being ported to other systems, such as the Apple, the Atari 2600, the Color Computer, the Coleco. Get your device, or get involved in one of the programs that aims to develop FujiNet for even more ranges of computers.
