Nintendo has offically posted on its X account that a new set is coming later this year, the rumor is that the set will be released around october of 2025, right before the holiday season. This might be one of the most exciting sets yet, it is an official Lego recreation of the original Nintendo Game Boy.

Little is known yet about the set, but the expectations are pretty high. The animated Pacman arcade has set the bar high for Lego to produce animated interactive sets that create the look but also the feel of the old retro games of yesteryear. So the hope is that something cool is coming out, just like the animated game of Mario that appears on the Lego NES set.
